About the Project
PTPN4 recognizes the critical importance of accurate management of Immature Oil Palm (Tanaman Belum Menghasilkan – TBM) for successful replanting assessments. Before integrating SOPI into their operations, PTPN4 struggled with the limitations of traditional software to obtain accurate assessments of TBM for replanting purposes. The process was time-consuming, error-prone, and failed to provide the level of precision needed for sound decision-making.
The introduction of SOPI marked a significant turning point for PTPN4. With its advanced features and intuitive interface, SOPI empowered their remote sensing/GIS team to calculate Immature Oil Palm trees with exceptional precision and efficiency. Its advanced algorithms and cutting-edge technology transformed the company’s replanting evaluation processes, effectively overcoming the challenges they had previously faced.
