Based on our lab data, using Al for smart oil palm management is 150 times faster than manual labor counting. Our objectives are to improve production yield while minimizing the land use and reduce resource wastage by leveraging Al-based precise issue detection.

SOPI can tell the size of each palm tree. The process involves statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms based on huge oil palm samples. Utilize crown size data helps to predict tree age and health for better management.

The output contains XY coordinate so that we can trace back the location of every single tree detected at the field/block.

SOPI Installation Guideline

SOPI is running very efficient, it does not require high-end computer specifications to perform. Low computer specification will not reduce the accuracy of the detection, but high computer specification will speed up processing time. With the following “Recommendation Configuration” the speed of the detection is approximately 1 second per hectare.

User Interface

SOPI offers a user-friendly interface with clear instructions to implement demanded features for users to get started quickly. Simple workflow and high adaptability will save your time from uploading data for outputs.

Input File

Input Imagery format:
I. File format: Geotiff (*.tiff), BIGTiff supported.
II. RGB 24bit
III. Coordinate Reference System (CRS): Any CRS with Planar metric in meter
IV. Ground sampling distance: to get the best result, it is recommended to use 7-9cm GSD

License Types

Before using SOPI, a token will be required to activate the software, please email us on info@anavision.com or contact our partners in your country to request it then simply enter the token provided to activate the software.

There are currently 3 types of node-locked license in SOPI software: 1)Demo License 2)Trial License 3)Perpetual License

Transfer License

SOPI has a high adaptability to transfer license to different computers. SOPI can still work well without having to purchase a new license if you upgrade to a new computer or switch devices. This can save your time and effort, particularly if you have customized data associated with the software.
