Our in-house development smart construction site safety Al issue detection system embodies the core value of 45, handles multiple CCTV camera video stream feeds simultaneously and a real-time visualization across the entire construction site. A comprehensive detection makes sure of workers’ safety equipment compliance, a reasonable spatial and resource arrangement and optimize worker density management. Alert report informs site managers to take targeted intervention once risks have been detected. Highly flexible system also provides APIs for the integration with third party visualization platform and notification server.

What We Offer

Missing PPE Vest Detection

The system analyzes live video feeds to detect individuals without PPE vests. It identifies reflective color bars on workers’ clothing, provided they are visible and not covered by other clothes or equipment, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

Missing Helmet Detection

High-resolution CCTV cameras monitor construction sites, detecting workers without helmets via deep learning. The system adapts to lighting conditions and helmet types, identifying non-compliance in dynamic environments to enhance safety and prevent accidents on-site.

Danger Zone Alert

Users can define danger zones using polygon areas. The system scans video feeds for hazards within these zones, notifying users through designated channels when risks are detected, enabling proactive safety measures and risk management.

Helmet Color Detection

Using high-resolution cameras and advanced algorithms, the system identifies helmet colors to determine worker roles and responsibilities. Notifications are sent if unauthorized helmet colors are detected, ensuring only authorized personnel access restricted areas.

People Counting

The system analyzes video feeds to count workers within a 15-meter range. AI-based detection provides insights into workforce density, helping managers make informed decisions regarding safety protocols, workforce management, and resource allocation on construction sites.

Worker Under Loads

The system monitors access to loading/unloading areas using UHF RFID tags on helmets. Alerts are issued if predefined signs are absent. Require IP cameras and UHF RFID receivers at site entrances to ensure compliance and safety.

User Interface

Easily manage cameras and video streams with customizable detection features. Remote monitoring is enabled through real-time video feeds, enhancing safety and operational control for construction sites, even from distant or off-site locations.
