Insufficient manual regulations of construction sites cause a high fatality in the industry. Employ deep learning AI and computer vision algorithms can help you regulate site safety automatically. Our in-house development smart construction site safety AI issue detection system embodies the core value of 4S, handles multiple CCTV camera video stream feeds simultaneously and a real-time visualization across the entire construction site. A comprehensive detection makes sure of workers’ safety equipment compliance, a reasonable spatial and resource arrangement and optimize worker density management. Alert report informs site managers to take targeted intervention once risks have been detected. Highly flexible system also provides APIs for the integration with third party visualization platform and notification server.

Missing PPE Vest Detection

System continuously analyzes live video feeds from video streams, scanning for individuals without PPE Vest on his/her body. Our system has also been trained to detect  the reflective color bars being wore by workers provided their reflective clothes have not been covered by other clothes and/or body equipment.

Missing Helmet Detection

With the high-resolution CCTV cameras positioned throughout the construction site, the system continuously analyses live video feeds from these video streams, scanning for individuals without proper head protection. Through deep learning model, our system adapts to different lighting conditions and types of helmet, identifies workers who are not wearing helmets in complex and dynamic construction environments.

Danger Zone Alert

The system can allow end user to define a polygon area as a danger zone. Our system continuously scans for hazardous situations from the CCTV camera video streams with regard to the corresponding predefined danger zone masks. Based on the requirement of end users, the system will generate notifications through designated channels once risks have been detected.

Helmet Color Detection

By using high-resolution cameras and advanced algorithms, identify the color of safety helmets will provide information about workers’ roles and responsibilities, ensuring only authorized personnel access to designated areas. Notifications will be sent to site officer once detect certain color that is not qualified for access.

People Counting

The system operates by analyzing video feeds from strategically placed CCTV cameras located in the construction site. System can detect with distance up to around 15 meters. This AI-based worker counting provides construction site managers with valuable insights into workforce density for an informed decisions regarding safety protocols and resource allocation.

Worker Under Loads

Monitor the access to loading/unloading areas by detection of UHF RFID tag on workers’ helmets alongside alert report once detect no predefined signs. Our design mainly requires construction sites to setup an IP camera and UHF RFID receiver at each of the entrance of the loading and unloading area.
